...in many cases we built the block! For the past 30 years, Chase Custom Homes & Finance, Inc. has been building homes in Maine. We have developed many subdivisions throughout southern, central and western Maine and more importantly, built homes for a lot of fine people and their families. Maine is a big state with a small town heart. If we didn’t take good care of our clients, we wouldn’t still be in business. Period.
But our business hasn’t just survived two recessions and depressed real estate markets. We’ve made a lot of friends along the way. In an industry not known for repeat business, we’ve built more than one home for many of our clients and receive a steady stream of referrals from others. We go out of our way to build relationships as well as we build homes!
Why are construction loans so risky? Well, as much as we hate to be the bearer of bad news, there are some less than reputable homebuilders out there who just haven’t done right by their clients. It’s important to choose a builder who will finish the job and stand behind it. Contractors are not required to be licensed in the state of Maine but the Attorney General does publish a list of court cases involving contractors on the state’s website. We’re very proud to say that this is a list we’ve never been on!
At Chase Custom Homes we promise not to cut corners. We want your home to be built to last, using only the best quality products possible while working within your budget. We have several strategies in place to make that happen and you’ll be impressed with what we can offer!
